Amanda Daniels, a passionate advocate for women’s heart health, is the Founder and CEO of Heartquake Media, LLC. A Los Angeles native, Amanda holds a bachelor's degree in communications from the University of California, Berkeley, and a master’s in broadcast journalism from USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. Following the birth of her second daughter, Amanda dedicated herself to volunteering for the American Heart Association, becoming a speaker and walking alongside fellow heart disease survivors in the 2017 Rose Parade.
Amanda's commitment to women's heart health led her to train as a WomenHeart Champion and women’s heart health expert at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, graduating in the class of 2011. In January 2012, she co-founded the first peer-led support group for women living with heart disease through UCLA, simultaneously creating the empowering lifestyle brand, Flight of the Heart.
Notably, Amanda introduced the term "heartquake" to soften the trauma, shame, and blame often experienced by heart disease survivors. Whether working with individual clients or addressing large audiences, Amanda's mission is to empower others to access inner heart knowingness and intuition after experiencing a “heartquake.”
