Amanda Daniels
is the Founder and CEO of Heartquake Media. She coined the phrase Heartquake™ to soften the trauma, shame, and blame felt by many heart disease survivors. Amanda works with individual clients and large audiences, empowering them to access inner heart knowingness and intuition after ‘heartquake.’
After the birth of her second daughter, she began volunteering for the American Heart Association as a speaker, and she walked with other heart disease survivors in the 2017 Rose Parade. Amanda trained to be a women’s heart health expert and WomenHeart Champion, class of 2011, at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
In January 2012, Amanda co-founded the first peer-led support group through UCLA for women living with heart disease, and created the lifestyle brand, Flight of the Heart. Amanda coined the phrase Heartquake™ to soften the trauma, shame, and blame felt by many heart disease survivors. She works with individual clients and large audiences, empowering them to access inner heart knowingness and intuition after ‘heartquake.’ She lives in Santa Monica with her three daughters and a Labradoodle.
